Hand-picked, high-quality products from the region are at the heart of our cuisine – sourced sustainably and prepared with love. We source our meat from regional suppliers – this means you can enjoy the highest quality basic ingredients prepared in the hotel and absolute freshness on your plate. We also buy vegetables, dairy products, bread, and more from local farmers and suppliers in the Tauern region. As a result, our Austrian cuisine not only tastes good, but also satisfies your conscience and is easy on the stomach.

A special morning experience:

During the warm summer months, enjoy breakfast once a week at the Gnadenalm – surrounded by untouched nature and breathtaking panoramic views. You can decide for yourself whether you would prefer breakfast at the hotel or up at the Gnadenalm. Our hotel shuttle will take you directly to the Gnadenalm, where you can start your hike right after breakfast. Special delicacies and a magnificent panorama await you for breakfast at the alpine pasture!

In summer, our guests have the unique opportunity to enjoy their afternoon snack at the Gnadenalm—at no extra charge as part of our Lürzerhof gourmet board. Pick up a voucher at reception and enjoy your afternoon snack up on the alpine pasture.

In summer, we host our traditional "Lürzerhof fondue evening" once a week at the Gnadenalm. On this day, you can decide whether you would prefer to have dinner at the hotel or enjoy the fondue evening at the Gnadenalm. Our hotel shuttle will take you to the alpine hut and pick you up again after your meal. In winter, the fondue evening is included in certain packages.

Noble distillation

With love, passion, and Lürzerhof charm. Where wellness meets indulgence, the distillery is never far away: at the Lürzerhof—your wellness gourmet hotel in Austria—it's not just spring water that flows. Following the old tradition of the Lürzerhof, hotelier Harald Habersatter distills special quality products in his own schnapps distillery. Only the best fruits are used, cleanly fermented and then gently distilled. It takes a lot of effort, diligence and skill to create unique and authentic products.
